Getting OpenInsight To Talk

Just for fun, the following code will make OpenInsight "talk", to your users. But perhaps this can be used for something other than fun. Perhaps you have a user that clicks through warning messages just to make the same mistake. Perhaps this will get their attention.
I am just touching the surface here, but some of you can go here and learn a bit more about what you can do with this object. Please submit you code to be featured in a future article.
